I find comfort in knowing what I am going to be doing the next day and the next week. Knowing anything further in advance is too much for me, and it becomes too abstract. I am most comfortable with a detailed schedule for the current day, rough knowledge of what's happening the coming week, and rough awareness of anything that is happening the following week and thereafter.
