Autism & Socialising (for Autistic People) is for autistic individuals who wish to better understand their experiences of socialising and obtain ideas for how to make social situations more manageable.
What you’ll learn
After completing this course, you should be able to:
- Recognise why your experiences of socialising might be different or difficult
- Identify your own personality type and the particular challenges you have
- Understand what masking is, notice when you are doing it and why, and develop ideas for how to be more your authentic self
- Have a toolkit of ideas to help make social situations more manageable
