ASD diagnosis – to tell your employer or not?

Having autism isn’t the easiest of things to deal with. It can be debilitating in many fields of life – especially in the work field. Very often the question is asked: whether autism should be mentioned in job interviews, or at the work place. People with autism fear that it may lead to prejudice, misunderstanding, denial of job offers, or even bullying.

I will make a list of pros and cons of mentioning and not mentioning you have autism in the work place. I will dedicate a separate topic to the job interview.
