How to manage social energy levels

Finding out what makes you lose social energy and what makes you gain it is the first step to sensible social energy management. Socialising is the obvious thing that causes introverts to lose social energy and extroverts to gain social energy, but there are also other factors to consider. I have listed examples in the table below:
