Please note that Stripe uses ‘Automatic Card Updates’. This is a nationwide service used by many banks in the UK. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do not rely on your card expiring, you need to make sure you ‘cancel’ your subscription.

Individual Account

By subscribing to our website you agree to only use the website for your own personal viewing.

You must not give your login details to anyone else. You must not share our resources with others.

Your payment will automatically renew until you cancel it, or until you contact us to cancel it. It is straightforward to cancel your account, you simply need to log in to the website and click the ‘cancel’ button.

Your subscription is not refundable.

Family Account

By subscribing to our website you agree to only use the website for a family of up to four people.

You must not give your login details to anyone else. You must not share our resources with anyone else apart from your family and no more than four people.

Your payment will automatically renew until you cancel it, or until you contact us to cancel it. It is straightforward to cancel your account, you simply need to log in to the website and click the ‘cancel’ button.

Team Account

By subscribing to our website, you can only share our resources with up to and including a maximum of 20 users.

You must not give your login details to anyone else outside of these 20 users.

Your payment will automatically renew until you cancel it, or until you contact us to cancel it. It is straightforward to cancel your account, you simply need to log in to the website and click the ‘cancel’ button.

Your subscription is not refundable.

Organisation Account

By subscribing to our website, you can only share our resources with up to and including a maximum of 20 or 50 users (based on what you have signed up for).

You must not give your login details to anyone else outside of these 20 or 50 users.

Your payment will automatically renew until you cancel it, or until you contact us to cancel it. It is straightforward to cancel your account, you simply need to log in to the website and click the ‘cancel’ button.

Your subscription is not refundable.
